The VCAWA Annual Visitor Servicing Conference is now in its 17th year and in previous years, our conferences have been held in locations such as Kalbarri, Newman, Esperance, Swan Valley, Geraldton, Fremantle and Rottnest Island to name a few. In October the 2010 Annual Visitor Servicing Conference was held in simply beautiful Bridgetown, with a fantastic array of speakers covering subjects such as Marketing on a Budget, Travel Agents Licence, Retail and Customer Service.
